Setting a Record
By becoming the Record holder of GBR, you are taking on responsibility of becoming our Brand ambassador. We allow you to use the name & logo of GBR and accept to appreciate and respect the brand.
Choose a record to break or set a new record. Use your creativity to find out the extraordinary skill in you, be creative, the more extraordinary the accomplishment, the more likely it is to be featured in the Gujarat Book of Records (GBR). Don’t limit yourself to what is already in the book, you may also be featured in the book by being the first person to do something.
Step 1: Fill the online “APPLICATION FORM” and submit.(E-mail & Whatsapp)
Step 2: Wait for receive, reply from GBR Team. It may take a time.
Step 3: After all the documents are received, GBR Team will process your claim within 7-15 days. (Incomplete documentation might result in the delay of the process. You will be informed through mail/call for any incomplete documentation.)
Step 4: GBR Team will confirm your record approval on your given mail account or by Whatsapp. You are required to recheck the facts and figures related to your achievement. Kindly report us any changes/factual errors for immediate rectification.
Step 5: GBR team will process your Special Record Holder’s Pack order. It will take 1-2 weeks to dispatch your pack after the payment confirmation.
Step 6: Send us your media coverage for social media official post purpose.
(In some cases, or category of records, applicant has to invite Judge / Adjudicator from GBR Kindly refer -‘Invite A Judge’ for more details. Provide all requisite supporting & evidences along with filled application form as given in the mail. You may sent same through courier.)

Process of Approval of Record
To become a Gujrat Book of World Record holder; you can either set a new record or break an existing record. Following are the requirements to become a record holder of GBR:
o Prepare your self for the record and practice for final attempt.
o Fill the form of GBR and mail us at gbrs2015@gmail.com
o After receiving your form, the team of GBR would review it and give you acknowledgement of acceptance to attempt the record.
o You can invite an adjudicator from GBR (not mandatory)
o Along with acknowledgement of acceptance you will receive record specific guidelines which you need to follow during attempting the record.
o Attempt the records in accordance to the guidelines.
o Send all the evidences to GBR in case you have not invited an adjudicator. (you are supposed to email all the evidences)
o If your record is approved, you would be provided the Certificate of GBR.
Record Certification
Make your record-breaking experience event an unforgettable event. Use of the GBR’s logo at your attempt can generate excitement and attention. You can freely use the GBR logo in T-shirts, Banners, posters, handouts and media release with prior permission.
To acknowledge the World Record attempt by an official RMJ on the spot a provisional certificate is presented to the successful claimant after the verification of the claim. GBR Provisional Certificate contains the details of the record including the name of the record holder, date and location of the record attempt. The certificate helps the record holder to demonstrate and publicize his/her world class achievement.
GBR also provides extra Certification facility, which enables record holder to order ‘duplicates of the original standard certificate’. These standard extra certificates with the seal of approval of GBR can be presented on site of record attempt by an official adjudicator or sent to the record holder afterwards.
GBR also offers ‘Personalized Certificate’ in case of mass attempt. Personalized Certificate enables record holders to order an edited version of the standard certificate. These personalized extra certificates (coordination/ Participation) enable record holders to include his/her name as well as some other information as requested and approved by GBR. Thus all those who coordinated/participated in the successful record attempt can have their name on an official Personalized GBR Certificate.
Please download a record application form. You have to take a print out of this form, fill it manually and send us a scanned copy. Once you’ve filled out the form completely you can submit it by sending an email to gbrs2015@gmail.com
Incomplete forms may be rejected so try to fill all the details to the best of your knowledge.
After you’ve attempted the record you’ll need to fill the records claim form and send an email to gbrs2015@gmail.com. The claim has to be supported by all required evidences.
